Purpose: Powerful antiseptic concentrate for outdoor use. It is diluted with water in order to protect wood in aggressive conditions and destroy foci of infection with spores of fungus and blue, wood-staining and wood-destroying mold, on lumber, wood structures, timber, supports, beams and logs. The composition is designed as a basic protective and sanitizing antiseptic against fungal mold on logs and wooden structures transported, taking into account adverse weather and temperature conditions. Does not stain wooden surfaces. It is used as a treatment for sawn timber, as well as before shipping or delivery of wooden logs, structures, wooden trusses and glued laminated timber.

Highly effective against wood-destroying fungi and mold

Properties:Made on the basis of new generation antiseptics. Ensures the safety of freshly sawn lumber from wood-staining, mold and wood-destroying fungi. Preparing the
surface:

Clean the surface of bark, dust, dirt, and other contaminants. Does not require special surface preparation. It can be applied to wet (up to 80%) freshly sawn wood.

Work should be carried out at ambient temperature and the treated surface from +5°С to +40°С. The highest processing efficiency is achieved when processing lumber no later than 12 hours after sawing.

Dilution
concentrate:

5-8% for immersion method; 7-8% for brushing or spraying. The preparation of a working solution of the required concentration is carried out in accordance with the proportions presented in the table in two stages: add the required amount of concentrate to 2/3 of the required volume of water, mix thoroughly, then add the remaining 1/3 volume of water and mix.

Immersion of the material in the working solution:

This method is most effective for processing a large amount of lumber in an industrial environment. The amount of solution in the bath must be such that it covers the level of the stack by 50 mm during the entire treatment process. The stack is immersed in a solution bath, held for 20-30 seconds for stacks with a gasket or 1-2 minutes for dense stacks, and removed. The processed lumber package is kept above the bath for at least 30 seconds and then on a special platform for at least 3 minutes to drain and collect excess solution.
Applying the working solution to the surface of the wood with a brush or pneumatic spray:

The application of the solution must be uniform over the entire surface to be treated, until a regulated consumption is reached.
It is recommended to carry out work on wood processing at an ambient temperature and the treated surface not lower than +5°C. Processing of frozen wood is not allowed. Treated wood should be protected from water and atmospheric precipitation until the surface is completely dry - 24 hours at a temperature of 16-20 ° C and a relative humidity of 60%.
