Form: The paint is a composition based on water dispersion, flame retardants, fillers and special functional additives.

Purpose: The paint is intended for fire protection of metal structures that are used inside residential, industrial and public buildings with a non-aggressive environment, as well as outdoors under a canopy.

ogon Properties: After drying creates a white smooth uniform surface without cracks, craters, wrinkles; minor inclusions are allowed. A coating based on fire-retardant paint provides an increase in the fire resistance of metal structures of various objects of protection up to 90 minutes inclusive. The coating based on fireproof paint "Fireproof metal" retains its operational properties in the temperature range from -50 ºС to +60 ºС and relative air humidity not more than 80%. Also, the coating retains its properties when exposed to sprayed water or fire extinguishing methods during training or emergency activation of automatic fire extinguishing systems.

Surface preparation:	Stir the paint thoroughly before use until a homogeneous mass is formed. The surface of metal structures must be cleaned of rust, scale, molding sand residues, burn marks and other non-metallic contaminants. Surface preparation uses blasting, high pressure water or solvent rinsing, compressed air dusting, and other methods available. If there is an old paintwork on the surface, it must be removed. Before applying paint, the surface of metal structures must be prepared with an anticorrosive primer (for example, GF-021).
Design:	The paint can be applied either mechanically using an airless paint unit (Wagner, GRACO) or an air unit in 1-2 layers, or manually - using a brush or roller in 2-3 layers until the surface is completely painted over, which processed. Depending on the application method, the thickness of one coating layer can be 300-800 microns.

Dry time:	The duration of drying of each coating layer should be at least 6 hours at a temperature of (20 ± 2) ° C and a relative humidity of no more than 85%.
Storage conditions:	At a temperature not lower than +5°C degrees in a dry, ventilated room with a relative humidity of not more than 80%.
Shelf life:	Store at a temperature not lower than +5°C, avoiding direct sunlight. Shelf life 12 months in original packaging.
Composition:	Composition based on polyvinyl acetate dispersion with flame retardants, fillers and special additives. The product has a sanitary and epidemiological conclusion of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
Safety measures:	Do not use on surfaces that come into direct contact with food. Do not use empty food storage containers. Store and transport in hermetically sealed containers. Store indoors at temperatures from minus 30°С to plus 30°С. Keep away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. During painting work, as well as after their completion, thoroughly ventilate the room. Use rubber gloves to protect your hands. After using the product for its intended purpose, close the container tightly and send it to a household dump. KEEP OUT OF FIRE!
