Primer-varnish for wood

Surface preparation:

The surface to be treated must be dry. Clean the surface from dirt and dust, grease and oil. The moisture content of wood should not exceed 13-15% for conifers, and 10-12 for hardwoods.

Design:

During storage of the product, stratification is possible, which does not impair its quality. Stir thoroughly for 5-10 minutes before use. Apply with a brush for acrylic compositions with uniform movements, rubbing into the base. When applied by spraying, as well as to facilitate application, the product can be diluted with water up to 5%. In order to avoid differences in shade for painting a continuous surface, mix in one container a sufficient amount of tinted varnish to paint this volume.

Dry time:

Drying time at +20°C and 65% relative humidity surface dry from dust in 1-2 hours. Drying after 2-4 hours, top coat after 4-6 hours. At lower temperatures and higher air humidity, the drying time is extended.

Expense:

Consumption per coat, 1 liter per 6-10 sq/m, or 100-120 g per sq/m. Depends on wood processing.

Retail sales capacity: 10l, 3l, 1l.

Storage conditions:

At temperatures from plus 5ºС to plus 30ºС in a dry, well-ventilated area, away from heat sources. Protect from direct sunlight and freezing.

Shelf life:

Guaranteed shelf life in hermetically sealed original packaging is 24 months. Store in a dry, cool, frost-protected place.

Composition:

Water-soluble composition based on acrylic dispersion, with stabilizing additives.

Precautions:

The following safety precautions must be observed: Keep out of the reach of children. During and after work ensure good ventilation in the room. In case of contact with eyes or skin, rinse immediately with clean water. Do not empty into drains, watercourses or onto the ground.
