Surface preparation: |
Preparation of bases is carried out in accordance with ДСТУ-Н Б A.3.1-23:2013 і ДСТУ-Н Б В.2.6-212:2016. The base prepared for painting should be even, strong enough, dry, with uniform water absorption. Before applying paint, clean the surface from dirt, dust, oil stains and other substances that reduce adhesion. Remove fragile areas of the base and repair if necessary. Surfaces affected by mold or fungus must be cleaned and treated with a special Bionic-House antibacterial primer. It is recommended to prime the surface before painting. |
Getting Started: |
Stir the paint thoroughly before use with a stirrer at low speed for 2 minutes. The paint is applied with a construction brush or roller in two layers. For the first layer, the paint, if necessary, can be diluted up to 10% of the prepared volume with water and mixed thoroughly. For applying the final layer of paint, it is not recommended to dilute it. Depending on the ambient temperature and air humidity, the next layer is applied after 4-6 hours. It is recommended to interrupt or complete the work in the corners or within the architectural elements of the facade surface. When working with paint, it is not allowed to use containers and tools that rust. Immediately after work, rinse the tool with water. Once dry, the paint can be removed mechanically or with organic solvents.
Important! Freshly applied paint must be protected from precipitation for 12 to 24 hours.

Notes and precautions: |
Works must be carried out at a temperature of the base from +5°C to +30°C and relative humidity of air not higher than 80%. All of the above recommendations are effective at a temperature of +20±2°C and a relative humidity of 55±5%. In other conditions, the drying time of the paint may vary. To maintain color uniformity, it is recommended to tint the paint of one batch indicated on the package. If there is tinted paint from different batches, it is recommended to mix them. Keep out of the reach of children. Wear protective gloves during work. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water. |
