Surface preparation: |
Clean up from dirt and dust. Clean the previously painted surface completely. Apply a thin layer of wax to the surface using a brush, brush, sponge or piece of cloth. The excess part of the material, which is no longer absorbed, is recommended to be wiped or rubbed after 2 hours. Apply a second thin layer after the minimum drying time of the first layer - after 12-15 hours. The number of treatment layers can be from 1 to 3, depending on the quality of the wooden surface and the purpose of use. After the final drying of the wooden surface, it is necessary to polish the surface with a dry cotton cloth. |
Conditions and Application: |
Minimum temperature +5°С for the object and air humidity not more than 80% during application and drying. High air humidity and/or low temperatures slow down the drying process. High temperatures lead to accelerated drying. The rubbing method. Brush, brush, sponge. In cold weather, heating up to 50 degrees in a water bath is allowed in order to thin the wax and improve its impregnating properties. Mix thoroughly before use. |
Dry time: |
Drying time 24 to 72 hours at 20°C and 65% relative humidity. Apply the second layer after the first has completely dried. Low temperatures and high humidity increase the drying time. Complete polymerization of the surface occurs after 14-25 days |
