Wood oil with natural wax

Features: The coating makes the wood water-repellent, prevents water penetration, leaving the pores of the wood surface open (the wood breathes) and protects it from cracking.

Suitable for previously oiled softwoods (pine, spruce, cedar, larch) and deeply impregnated woods.

Oil-wax is intended for protection and decorative finishing of walls, ceilings, doors, skirting boards, decorative beams, laminated wood products and other wooden surfaces.

The oil can be used on surfaces that come into direct contact with food. It is made on the basis of linseed oil, thanks to which moisture easily comes out of the wood without the formation of blistering of the coating. Hardening in the pores, the oil increases the resistance of the surface layer of wood to friction. Due to the wax content, the oiled surface is water-repellent, and the wax also hides scratches and damage to the coating. Suitable for processing previously oiled wood products.

Form: composition of linseed oil, natural beeswax with improving additives.

Purpose:

  • For processing all types of wood;
  • Protection of walls, ceilings, doors, skirting boards, decorative beams, laminated wood products, bathroom shelves and utensils, as well as for unpainted garden and country furniture.

Frequency of updates and preparatory work

Updating the surface covered with oil wax is carried out as necessary. The steam room in the baths is treated 1-2 times a year, depending on the activity of the room.

Before updating the coating, it is enough to remove dust, wash off the dirt from the surface and allow it to dry. Read more about surface preparation in the "Technical specification" section.

Oil-wax is not suitable for treating wood infected with mold, fungal diseases or pests!
