Primer for wood with antifungal additives

Properties:Reduces paint consumption, evens out the shade and absorbency of solid wood and particle board. Possesses good adhesion and penetration properties. The composition includes an effective antiseptic that prevents the appearance of blue, mold and rot.

It is especially effective when painting planed and sanded surfaces where it is necessary to guarantee improved adhesion properties.

primer impregnation for wood Application: Used as a base coat prior to topcoating. It is especially often used with acrylate paints such as Aqua Color и Wood Color Pastel. This primer is universal for indoor and outdoor applications, and is also recommended for use in order to improve the adhesion of wood surfaces and topcoats.

Suitable for priming new and previously painted surfaces with water-acrylate dispersions, it is easy to apply by roller and spray, the best effect is achieved by rubbing in with a brush.

Surface preparation:	The moisture content in wood must not exceed 15%. Clean the surface from dust and dirt. Sand and clean the dry surface. Remove waxes, resins and oils with a nitro solvent (ethyl acetate, 646 solvent).
Application:	Apply the impregnating primer with a brush at a temperature not lower than plus 5 ° C. Do not mix with other formulations. During storage, delamination is possible, which does not affect the quality of the product. Before use, the primer must be thoroughly mixed for 5-10 minutes. If necessary, it can be diluted with water (up to 5% of the total volume), while the impregnating primer does not lose its properties. Subsequent finishing painting should be done in 2-3 hours.
Drying time:	Drying time at 18-22°C and 50% relative humidity - 30 minutes from dust.
Consumption:	About 12-14 m²/l.

Storage conditions:	At temperatures from +5°C to +30°C in a dry, well-ventilated room, away from heat sources. Protect from direct sunlight and freezing.

Composition:	Water dispersion composition of polyacrylates, a mixture of active target antiseptics, pigments, additives.
Precautionary measures:	When applying the primer, use gloves and hygienic protective equipment. Avoid contact of the antiseptic impregnation with open parts of the body. In case of contact with eyes and mouth, rinse thoroughly with water. The primer is non-flammable. Store and transport in a hermetically sealed container. After using the product for its intended purpose, close the container tightly and send it to a household landfill. The primer has a sanitary and epidemiological conclusion.
