Form:Aqueous solution ready for use. Transparent liquid from white to light brown. Impregnation based coatings provide the first 1 group! fire-retardant efficiency according to GOST 16363-98.

Versatility

Fire and bioprotective impregnation is intended for fire protection of wooden structures used in residential, industrial and public buildings with a non-aggressive environment.

fire retardant impregnation

The fire and bioprotective composition fully complies with the requirements of DBN V.1.1-7-2002 "Fire safety of construction projects". It is suitable for both individual household and industrial applications.

Environmentally friendly when dry

Properties: Fire impregnation creates a reliable barrier against ignition and burning for the base, and also reduces the risk of bioinfestation by fungus and mold.

Treatment with this Bionic-House flame retardant provides wood with the 1st group of fire retardant efficiency in accordance with GOST 16363-98. The material turns out to be slow-burning, unable to burn on its own (requirements of GOST 30219-95) and the flame does not spread over its surface.

This product not only prevents combustion and ignition, but also helps to reduce smoke formation, being moderately toxic according to the GOST 12.1.044-89 standard.

This is a completely environmentally friendly product based on phosphate salt. Drying does not form efflorescence, is difficult to wash out and does not cause strong corrosive activity.

Protection mechanism

fire retardant effect

With the active influence of the flame, the wood treated with fire retardant impregnation is charred without sustaining combustion. The phosphate-salt component prevents the temperature reaction from deepening into the wood tissue, holding it on the surface and reducing smoke generation. When the source of fire is removed, the process dies out without spreading the flame over the surface and without supporting it on its own.

Benefits:

  • Fire protection of the 1st group, even when rubbed with a brush;
  • Does not salt out;
  • After processing, the wood is slow-burning and hardly flammable, reduces smoke formation;
  • Effectively protects wood from fungus and mold;
  • Excellent adhesion to wood.

Attention! The use of water-based paints and varnishes over phosphate-salt compounds is not allowed!
