«Wood Wax» Lasure-paint for wood

Surface preparation:

1. The base must be clean, dry (wood moisture content no more than 13%), fat-free and strong.
2. Sand the darkened surface to healthy wood.
3. Completely remove the coating with defects and delamination.
4. For old but still strong substrates, sand down to sound wood in the direction of the grain. Clean tropical and resinous woods with a quality solvent.
5. Outside the premises, treat all surfaces, including new ones, with a wood primer "Organic Protect", indoor surfaces do not need to be primed.

You can also use as base coats "Antiseptik- Base impregnate" ТМ Bionic-House.

Staining:

Stir well before use. On outdoor surfaces, apply Wood Wax in 2-3 coats; indoors, 1-2 coats are sufficient. The final surface color depends on the film thickness of the applied product, as well as on the natural color of the wood, therefore a test painting is necessary. When treating a large area, it is recommended to use a product with one batch number and date of manufacture.

Use a colorless product only in combination with colored products to protect against UV radiation. Apply with an acrylic lacquer brush evenly, rubbing into the base. Avoid interruptions when applying on one plane. For spray application and to facilitate application, the product can be thinned up to 10% with water. When spraying, maintain a surface distance of approximately 20 cm.

Drying time:

No more than 2 hours at temperature 18-22°С.

Consumption:

Approximately 1l/10m², depending on the structure and color of the substrate. An accurate determination of the volume of paint consumption is obtained by test application. Drying time: from dust - 1 hour, between repeated application of the layer - 6-8 hours at +20°С and maximum humidity of 60%. At lower temperatures and high air humidity, this time increases. Perform works at temperatures above +8°С and relative air humidity no more than 80%. Do not apply the product to surfaces exposed to direct sunlight or drafts.

Retail commodity capacity: 10l, 2,5l, 0,8l.

Storage conditions:

At temperatures from +5°C to +30°C in a dry, well-ventilated room, away from heat sources. Protect from direct sunlight and freezing.

Storage period:

In a tightly closed container in a cool place at temperatures from +5°C to +30°C. Protect containers from direct exposure to UV radiation. The guaranteed shelf life in hermetically sealed original packaging is 24 months. Long-term storage may cause thickening and stratification.

Composition:

Special acrylic dispersion (BASF), functional additives (polyurethane resins, waxes and others), water.

Security measures:

• - Keep out of the reach of children;
• - avoid skin contact;
• - use safety measures during work;
• - do not pour into drains, waterways or soil.

Precautionary measures:

When applying an antiseptic, exclude contact with open parts of the body, ingestion. In case of contact with eyes and mouth, rinse thoroughly with water. Non-flammable primer. Store and transport in a hermetically sealed container. After using the product for its intended purpose, close the container tightly and send it to a household landfill..

Labor safety, environmental protection:

Transfer the empty container to the landfill. Dispose of product residues to a hazardous waste dump. The product has a sanitary and epidemiological conclusion of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
